Shipping within Germany:

Priority (Tracked) up to 500g: €4.99
Priority (Tracked) over 500g: €5.49
Orders within Germany are usually delivered within 2–4 business days. Priority: already within 1–2 days after dispatch.
Shipping outside Germany:
EU: Standard (Tracked): €6.49
EU: DHL Express (Tracked): €59.99
Rest of the World: Standard (Tracked): €7.99
Rest of the World: DHL Express (Tracked): €79.99
For orders within Europe, shipping usually takes about one week. DHL Express: 2–3 business days.
For orders outside Europe, shipping usually takes one to three weeks. DHL Express: 2–4 business days.
Cancellation
If the order has not yet been shipped, it can be canceled by sending us an email. A full refund will be issued. If the order has already been shipped, please wait for delivery and follow the steps in the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy – Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement via email (parabellumbricks@gmx.net). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
