Shipping and Cancellation
Shipping within Germany:
- Standard (Tracked): 2,99€
- Prio (Tracked) bis 500g: 3,99€
- Prio (Tracked) ab 500g: 4,99€
Orders within Germany are usually delivered within 2-4 working days. Prio, within 1-2 days of dispatch.
Shipping outside of Germany:
- EU Standard (Tracked): 5,99€
- EU DHL Express (Tracked): 59,99€
- Rest of the world: Standard (Tracked): 7,49€
- Rest of the world: DHL Express (Tracked): 79,99€
For orders outside of Europe, shipping usually takes one to three weeks. DHL-Express: 2-4 working days.
Cancellation
If your order has not been shipped yet you can cancel your order by contacting us via email. A full refund will be given. If your order already has been shipped, please wait until the delivery and follow the instructions in the returns section.Returns
Within 14 days after you received your order, you can return the items. You will have to pay the postage costs to send the goods back. Once we have received the goods back, a full refund will be given.

Consequences of cancelation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
