»How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Normally we should have your order packed and shipped within 24-48 hours. After a new release or sale there may be delays. *Please note the information in the banner on the homepage or information on Instagram.


»How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-2 business days after the order has been handed over to the post office. Shipments to other EU countries take approximatly 3-7 days. Outside the EU it can sometimes take over 14 days for the shipment to reach you.


»What are the shipping costs?

»Where can I track my shipment?

In most cases your shipment can be tracked via the Deutsche Post or DHL. The tracking number was sent to you by e-mail.


»Something is wrong with my order or something is missing!

If something is wrong with your order, we recommend that you contact our support or write to us directly via Instagram. A suitable solution will ceartainly be found afterwards.


»Can I add products to an order that has already been placed?

Yes, you can! As long as the initial order has not been shipped, you can place additional orders which can be shipped collectively. The shipping costs of the additional orders will be refunded. However, we can only take this into account if you leave a comment on the shopping cart in the comment function where you point out to us which orders should be sent collectively.


»What payment options are offered?

We offer payment options via credit card, Paypal, Klarna, instant bank transfer and IBAN/pre-payment.


»Where is the bank information for payment with the IBAN/pre-payment option?

The transaction information is displayed on the order confirmation page. This page is also accessible via your confirmation e-mail. In addition we will send you a separate e-mail with the information. (We send this 2nd e-mail manually and therefore it may take some time(approximately 6-24 hours))


»Where can I redeem discount or voucher codes?

Discount or voucher codes can be redeemed on the checkout page under the product list on the right-hand side.


»How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled by contacting us. You can contact us via our contact form or via Instagram. Further steps will then be clarified with our support team.


»Can I have something printed to order?

In principle this is possible but it always depends very much on our current capacity. If you are interested, we recommend our commissions page.


»How long do products stay in the store?

Most figures remain in the store for approximately 3-6 months after release. Models and other products on the other hand will remain in the store longer and will only be taken out for revision and adjustments. However, these should usually be available again in the same or a similar form after a certain period of time.


»When are sold out products available again?

Ideally, products marked as "Available again soon" should be available again within a few weeks. However, it can take up to several months. We are always working to replenish our product stocks in good time, but it can sometimes take a little longer.
